Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need to rent?
A driver's license valid for motorcycles, ideally with an International Driving Permit (Thai police check the motorcycle category). We photograph your passport for the contract — but we never keep it. The deposit is ฿5,000, cash or card.
How does the deposit work?
฿5,000, cash or card, taken at handover and returned in full at drop-off — assuming the bike comes back in the state it left, normal dust and wear excluded. Your passport is never held.
Can I really ride outside Phuket?
Yes — anywhere in Thailand. Phang Nga, Khao Sok, Chiang Mai, Isan, the Malaysian border. We'll help plan the route, share GPS tracks and stay reachable on WhatsApp the whole way.
What if the bike gets damaged off-road?
Normal wear — dust, small scuffs, worn knobbies — is free. For real damage you pay for replacement parts at cost, and we never charge labor. The policy is in your rental contract, in writing.
What gear is included?
A clean helmet in your size is always included. Gloves, jackets, goggles and boots are available on request — everything is washed and dried between renters.
