01 The rental
Bikes are rented by Turtla Co. Ltd. with a signed rental contract per Thai law. You need a driver's license valid for motorcycles — an International Driving Permit alongside your home license is strongly recommended and is what Thai police expect to see. Minimum age 18.
02 Deposit
The deposit is ฿5,000, cash or card, returned in full at drop-off if the bike comes back in the condition it left, normal wear excluded. We never hold your passport — a photo for the contract is all we take.
03 What's included
Helmet in your size; gloves, jacket, goggles and boots on request. Compulsory third-party insurance (พ.ร.บ.). Servicing before every rental. WhatsApp support for the whole rental, anywhere in Thailand.
04 Where you may ride
Anywhere in Thailand, on-road and off-road. Riding the bike outside Thailand, racing, or commercial use (deliveries, taxi) are not allowed. Only riders named in the contract may ride the bike.
05 Fair damage policy
Normal wear — dust, small scuffs, worn knobbies — costs nothing. For damage beyond normal wear you pay for replacement parts at cost; we do not charge labor. Damage prices follow the official Honda / Kawasaki parts catalogue.
06 What voids coverage
Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, riding without a valid license, letting an unnamed rider use the bike, or a police finding that you caused a hazard. Theft of the bike and a lost key are the renter's responsibility — park smart and keep the key on you.
07 Fuel, fines, breakdowns
The bike arrives fueled; bring it back with a similar level. Traffic fines during the rental are yours. If the bike breaks down through no fault of yours, we repair or replace it as fast as physically possible — that's what the 24/7 line is for.
